These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, training programs, courses, communications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Ryan Rivers Coaching, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Nature of Services

Our Services provide educational and professional development content, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)–informed trainings for healthcare professionals and related audiences.

The Services are:

Educational in nature

Not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health care

Not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical services

Participation does not create a therapist-client, clinician-patient, or healthcare provider relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using the Services, you represent that:

You are legally capable of entering into this agreement

Any information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Professional Responsibility (Healthcare Disclaimer)

If you are a licensed healthcare professional:

You are responsible for applying any training content within your own scope of practice, licensure, and ethical guidelines

You agree that clinical judgment remains your responsibility

We do not guarantee outcomes, licensure approval, CEU acceptance, or professional results unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Account Access & Use

When enrolling in a course or training:

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal or professional educational use

Login credentials may not be shared

Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of materials is prohibited

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Payments, Refunds & Access

Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility (if any) will be clearly stated at checkout or within the course description.

Unless otherwise specified:

Digital products and trainings are non-refundable once access is granted

Failure to complete a course does not constitute grounds for a refund

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, worksheets, text, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Ryan Rivers Coaching, LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content

Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

Share content publicly or privately outside the intended scope

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes

Harass, abuse, or harm others in group trainings or community spaces

Misrepresent your identity or credentials

Interfere with the functionality or security of the Services

We reserve the right to remove participants or restrict access for violations.

8. Personal Reflections & Participation

Some trainings may invite journaling, reflection, or personal sharing.

You acknowledge that:

Participation is voluntary

You are responsible for your own emotional and psychological well-being

You may discontinue participation at any time

If you experience distress, you agree to seek appropriate professional support outside of the training.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services

Use of the Services is at your own risk

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or professional advancement.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may be delivered through third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, payment processors, and learning systems.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party outages or technical issues

Platform policy changes beyond our control

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms

Modify or discontinue Services at any time

Upon termination, access rights immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
